ISBI: Generation Two (University)

Well, I have successfully made it through one generation of idiots, and am about to brave my second. This generation, our guide is Louis Isbee, named for my RL grandfather, I will call him Lou. Let's see what he got up to at uni.

This little place is where he spent his four uni years. Afforded by combining Lou and his sister Chami's scholarships, the little house wasn't much, but it was home away from home.

And since I mentioned her, I thought I would give you a look at Chami as a young adult. Since she is not the focus of the challenge, we won't see much of her, but not to worry...I have a plan for this cutie.

Now there's the man of the hour! Our second generation torch holder himself. And with his main desire in life to have 50 dream dates, he spent much of his time at uni dating, and trying to find Mrs. Right.

He had several dates, but nothing that really went great...and definitly no dream dates. This process was not working for Lou. And it was taking too much time. He needed to find Mrs. Right as soon as possible so he could focus on his skilling and studying.

Although, if the date was exceptionaly bad, Lou found a way to get something out of it. He would suck skills from the duds. He had to get something out of the time he had spent with them!

So as soon as he could afford it he decided he would get straight to the point and have the matchmaker make him a match.

The lucky gal was Shanna Tan.

The two had an awesome first date...a dream date in fact!

***Players note: I was able to change Shanna's look completely without having to select her by using the makeover mirror and the clothing rack hack that allows neighbors to buy and change clothing.***

And not that she wasn't stunning to begin with, here is Shanna post makeover. Oh, oops...notice that ring on her finger, well...

Smitten by Shanna, Lou propossed and she accepted!!!

Getting down to business, here are a few of Lous accomplishments prior to graduation...

He managed to max all of his skills through a variety of means...

A little harmless skill sucking.

Some eggplangt juice thanks to the juicer and pre grown eggpplants gifted to him from his mom when she passed the torch.

And of course a little of it was done the old fashioned way.

He also got a gold badge in robotics.

He became a member of the Landgraab Secret Society.

He had 10 magical dream dates with Shanna.

At the end of it all, he graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in art.

Lou didn't throw himself a party (which is kind of outt of character for him), so we will catch up with him back in Ten Flames Province.

After uni, she said goodbye to her family, packed her belongings, and headed for a new life as a townie in Rose Island. Check there for more of Chami in the future...

ISBI: Generation One (Part Two)

After a nap and a cup of espresso, we settle back down with Imogen so she can finish her tale as torch holder.

Now where was I?

You left off leaving our readers hanging...you were pregnant with you second baby and we all had our fingers crossed that it would be the male heir you needed to pass the torch to.

Ah yes, we were preparing for baby number two and I am pleased to say that I did have a son we named him Louis, but I call him Lou.

He is a doll! And I am thrilled that you got your boy without having to have a third.

Come on mom, you know me. I would have welcomed a third. Matter of fact I had that want from the moment that Lou was born to the moment I grew too old to bear children...but I am getting ahead of myself.

Lou was a charmer and he and his dad were like peas in a pod. I have to say that I couldn't have asked for a better husband and father than what I got when I married Quent.

I am so glad that you were able to find happiness honey. Now tell us more about this heir...

Well, he seemed a bit agressive as a baby. So I was a bit worried about his nice points to be honest, but such is life...I can't decide how nice I want him to be, but I can encourage him, and that I did!

Was there any other interesting occurences in the second half of you time as torch holder?

Actually, yes. I finally found time to get the garden into tip top shape, and wound up with my very own wishing well...take a look for yourself...

The house looks beautiful, and that wishing well should come in handy for future generations!

As you may expect we had some birthdays...first my lovely daughter Chamile became a teen.

Next it was my baby boy and future heir's turn.

I hate to say that we fell into a fairly simple routine after that.

Well, that's not always a bad thing.

Quent gained a few pounds, but I love him just the same. He was not getting his promotions at work though, so I made sure he skilled at every opportunity.

But it was a slow go, that is until I reached my LTW but achieving TOC in education. I immediately went to work in the medical field so that I could get the equipment I needed to help my dear hubby get a promotion!

And then, it was time for my little boy to become a teen, my lovely daughter was headed off to university, and that meant that it was time for both Quentin and I to enter our golden years.

Bummer! Looks like we won't get to see the heart undies any longer.

Yeah, well, you will see enough of these to get your fill I asure you.

I had only a few short days left until I would have to pass the torch on to Lou, but I managed to squeeze in a few skill building sessions with Quent, and he finally got that promotion we were after!

With that the time came for me to pass the torch.

I explained everything to Lou and gifted him a few things that I had collected through my time as torch holder that might aide him.

After that all I could do was wish him luck and let him know I would be there for him...and that YOU would be there for him too.

Awww! Im I am gonna miss you girl. You were an awesome first torch holder!

He is off at university now, and I am sure he will be thrilled to tell you all about his experiences.
